1-Year Warranty

 Corkvia offers the following 1-Year Limited Warranty for all Corkvia products:
This 1-year warranty only covers manufacturing defects and abnormal wear, starting from the delivery date of your order.
Warranty Void Notice: This warranty is invalid for damage caused by improper use, including prolonged sun exposure, rough handling, cutting, drawing, storage in tight spaces, and incorrect rolling/folding.

- Factory flaws found unused upon delivery: gouges, cuts, indentations and material defects
- Abnormal wear not caused by regular yoga and daily fitness use
- Cork top peeling excluding damage from wrong folding (Always roll mat cork side out)
- Rubber base separation caused by factory adhesive faults

Non-Covered Wear, Damage & Conditions
- Normal wear on the rubber bottom backing from daily floor contact
- Usage stains, uneven color, discoloration and natural surface fading
- Creases and folds from improper storage. Store flat or roll cork side out
- Damage from harsh chemicals, machine washing, vacuuming or improper cleaning
- Damage from rough use, dropping or improper carrying
- Damage and fading caused by long-term sunlight exposure
- Artwork pattern fading under regular use
- Cork peeling/crumbs caused by rolling cork side inward or wrong folding

Warranty Service Scope For Global Customers
This warranty applies to all customers with valid purchase proof:
1. USA & Canada Customers: Free replacement + free shipping for eligible warranty claims.
2. International Customers: Replacement service available, but buyers cover all international shipping fees, import duties and customs fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Roll the mat with cork side outward for storage
- Keep mat in shaded indoor areas, avoid direct sunlight
- Clean with clean water or mild soap after use, especially after outdoor workouts
- Do not use harsh cleaners or wash the mat in laundry machines
