What size yoga mat should I choose?

What thickness should I choose?

- 4–5mm Thickness: A popular choice for most yoga practitioners. It offers a great balance of cushioning, stability, and connection with the floor, making it suitable for yoga, hot yoga, and everyday practice.
- 6mm+ Thickness: Best for those who prefer extra cushioning, have sensitive joints, or practice on harder surfaces. It provides additional comfort for knees, wrists, and pressure points.
- 3mm or thinner: Lightweight and easy to carry, ideal for travelers or practitioners who prioritize portability.
Which Corkvia yoga mat is right for me?
For most customers, we recommend a standard-size mat with 4–5mm thickness as the best all-around option. It provides the comfort, support, and stability needed for most yoga styles while remaining easy to store and transport.
