Thank you for shopping with us at Corkvia! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Free shipping on orders over $99:

To cover shipping costs for orders shipped to your region, Free Shipping applies on orders that spend a subtotal of USD $90+(before taxes and after using any discount codes). 

Order processing time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (majority is 1-2 business days). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Some orders (if you ordered more than 3+ items, could take 1 more business day to process). Your tracking number could take a few days to update and get scanned.

Note: Sometimes during influx of orders, like holiday season, shipping couriers have delays in scanning the tracking number of picked up orders and may take extra few days for the scan to appear.

Pre-Orders:

If the order is on "pre-order", the shipping estimate date will be mentioned on the product page and checkout. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your pre-order, we will contact you via email. Pre-orders are shipping with in-stock items, so please separate into two orders if you want your in-stock items sooner.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours from processing.

Shipping Transit Times:

Shipping times vary according to location, and you can read more below on average transit times. However, please allow additional days in transit for delivery as there are rare cases where couriers could experience delays that are out of our control. 

Buyer Protection:

If your order has not arrived within 60 business days after shipment, we will consider the package lost in transit. In such cases, customers may choose either:

*A full refund, OR
*A replacement shipment at no additional cost

Delivery Information:

Shipping Address Verification

After completing your purchase, please carefully review your shipping address in the confirmation email. Nayo Smart is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by customers.

Damaged Packages:

If your item arrives damaged or unusable due to transportation issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, you may choose:

Free replacement shipping, or
Full refund in store credit

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Delivered but Missing Packages

When the shipping carrier confirms successful delivery, Nayo Smart cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, collected by third parties, or misplaced after delivery.

Customers should contact the local courier service directly to file a claim when applicable.

Lost Package Enquiries

If you have not received your order, please contact our customer service team within two months of shipment. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution within 48 hours.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes:

In most destinations, customers will not incur additional customs duties or import taxes when using standard shipping methods.

However, customs regulations may vary and occasional inspections can result in import taxes or duties being charged.

If you are required to pay customs duties, please retain the official payment receipt and contact the Corkvia customer support team. Upon verification, Corkvia will reimburse 50% of the customs fee.
