Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your Corkvia purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.

The return shipping cost and any customs duties or import taxes incurred on the returned package are the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for any man-made damage to the item.

If the return is due to a product quality issue, Corkvia will cover all return shipping expenses, and no additional shipping fees will be charged for exchanges.

All refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm it is undamaged and in resalable condition.

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. Proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be returned to your credit card or PayPal account within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted.
  • Contact your bank; there is often a processing time before the refund is posted.
